Job summary

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking experienced electricians for large commercial projects across Auckland. You will work with construction and services teams on electrical installations, reading plans and delivering high-quality work.

Requirements include an EWRB Full Practicing License, proven commercial experience, ability to read drawings, switchboards, lighting, power and data systems, testing and documentation, NZ regulations, and a strong safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Current EWRB Full Practicing License required.
• Proven commercial experience across electrical installations and/or maintenance.
• Confident completing cable runs, containment, fit-offs and terminations.
• Experience with switchboards, lighting, power and data systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, schematics and technical drawings.
• Competent in testing, fault-finding and completing required documentation.
• Sound knowledge of NZ electrical regulations, standards and compliance requirements.
• Able to work independently, supervise others when required and contribute to a wider site team.
• Strong commitment to health and safety, workmanship and quality.
• Reliable, self-motivated and equipped with appropriate hand tools.
• Full NZ driver's licence.

The Opportunity

Our opportunities across Auckland include medium to large scale commercial construction projects. We're looking for experienced electricians who can work confidently across different stages of a project.

What We're Looking For

You’ll work alongside experienced construction and services teams completing electrical installations across large, complex developments. You’ll need to understand your trade, work confidently from plans and deliver accurate, high-quality installations.

• Current EWRB Full Practicing License
• Proven commercial experience across electrical installations and/or maintenance
