WorkSafe New Zealand (MahiHaumaruAotearoa) is seeking a Technical Solutions Lead to own the architecture and delivery of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. About the role / Ō te tūranga
The Technical Solutions Lead is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and oversight of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that align with organisational objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the role translates business requirements into robust system architectures, data models, and integrations. As a technical leader, this role ensures best-practice standards are applied throughout the development lifecycle, enables seamless integration with enterprise systems, and drives continuous improvement by evaluating new platform capabilities and optimising overall performance. The Technical Solutions Lead will have 4 direct reports.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Salary range / Awhe utu
As part of our remuneration framework, the full salary range for this role is $164,823-$216,516. (KiwiSaver/SSRSS employer contributions are additional). From 1 April 2026 our KiwiSaver employer contribution will rise to 3.5%.
