• Strong understanding of MSP operations and SLAs.
• Ability to mentor engineers while maintaining hands-on technical involvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Managed Services engineering team and drive technical standards.
• Oversee service delivery, escalations, and client environments.
• Ensure backups, patching, and documentation are maintained to a high standard.
• Manage SLAs, aged tickets, and engineer utilization.
• Support AI-assisted service delivery and automation initiatives.
