Job summary

Datacom is seeking a versatile Technical Lead to guide our engineering team across the full stack. You will architect, deliver and mentor while maintaining hands-on coding across frontend, backend, and integration work.

You will lead design decisions for scalable web apps using React on the frontend and .NET on the backend, with cloud-agnostic deployments and strong focus on quality and team growth.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in modern .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+) and C#, with Web APIs, RESTful services and microservices experience.
• Frontend: React with hooks, TS/JS, HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience designing and integrating complex APIs, webhooks and third-party services.
• Cloud-agnostic mindset with AWS/Azure, plus Docker and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Database design, query optimization, and data modelling for SQL and NoSQL.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guide the engineering team on priorities and delivery.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications across the full software lifecycle.
• Lead frontend development with React to deliver responsive, high-quality UI.
• Architect secure, scalable backend services and API integrations across services.
• Guide cloud deployment using infra-as-code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee database design and query optimization for relational and non-relational stores.
