Qualifications

• Experience in a Senior Developer or Tech Lead role.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in a customer-facing context.
• Knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices.
• Experience designing and building .NET applications, APIs, and databases.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud platforms and modern development tooling.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, and deploying applications for customers using the latest .NET technologies with a focus on scalability and performance.
• Working closely with customers to understand needs and tailor solutions that solve real-world business challenges.
• Providing technical advice and consultancy to customers.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and taking accountability for the technical experience and outcomes.
• Staying across new tech trends, models, and tools and bringing innovative ideas into solution design.
• Contributing to establishing best practices, frameworks, and reusable components for development.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, user-facing tools and APIs with measurable business value.
• Ensuring systems are developed within budgets, timeframes, and meet security standards.
