Datacom is seeking a senior developer to bridge software engineering, delivery, and collaboration in a fast-moving technology environment. You will shape robust, modern software solutions while working with technical and business stakeholders to improve outcomes and delivery quality.

Looking for strong full-stack experience across front-end and back-end technologies, with a track record of delivering cloud-based applications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building full-stack applications with .NET and React.
• Eligible to work in New Zealand.
• Experience with modern deployment practices and contributing to code reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee analysis, design, programming, debugging, and modification of software for applications.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high quality and minimise defects.
• Support resolution of defects and clarify gaps in design.
• Provide progress updates and suggest improvements to leads.
• Collaborate with project leads, customers, and owners to lead improvements and technologies.
• Develop and report solutions meeting business requirements.
