Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in a similar role.
• Experience in a managerial role overseeing teams/projects.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages and development methodologies.
• Strong programming and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to manage software projects and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of software engineers to design, develop, and deliver software solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide mentorship and conduct regular one-on-one performance assessments.
• Collaborate with architects and senior engineers to ensure high-quality code and design.
• Monitor project progress and address issues affecting timelines.
• Participate in on-call roster as needed.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
