Job summary

Ideal candidates have call-centre experience and strong communication skills. The role is a temporary 3–6 month assignment, evenings, with potential weekend work and an 8% holiday pay on top of hourly rates.

Job description

Our client is seeking customer service representatives with strong communication skills, rapport-building abilities, and a passion for problem-solving!

• Position: 1 temporary position available (chance of extension)
• Duration: 3-6 month assignments
• Start date: ASAP
• Hourly rate: $26-$27 per hour + 8% Holiday pay
• Shift: Must be flexible with days and hours throughout the week, this is likely an evening shift. Must be available between the hours of 7PM - 7AM
• They operate 7 days a week. Potential weekend work.
• 3 weeks of paid training
• Central Wellington location in a modern office

• Clear criminal history and credit check
• NZ residency or citizenship
