Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Technical Customer Support Representative in Wellington. You will be the first point of contact, delivering technical customer service over the phone, and you will troubleshoot issues while logging incidents for ongoing support.

Ideal candidates have call-centre experience and strong communication skills. The role is a temporary 3–6 month assignment, evenings, with potential weekend work and an 8% holiday pay on top of hourly rates.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre environment (preferred).
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role (essential).
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.
