Rushmore Distributors (NZ) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Albany, Auckland team. You will load customer orders, answer technical product queries, and support our sales and marketing colleagues to ensure orders progress smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years' experience in a dynamic customer service environment, with fast and accurate data entry skills, and a background in electrical or datacomms is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a dynamic customer service environment with fast and accurate data entry skills.
• New Zealand Citizenship or permanent working rights to work in New Zealand.
• Experience in electrical or datacomms industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Loading customer sales orders.
• Liaising with customers regarding order status.
• Co-ordinating with marketing, sales and supply chain to ensure orders are processed efficiently.
