Rushmore Distributors (NZ) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Albany-based team in Auckland. You will load customer orders, answer product questions and support order queries to ensure smooth processing.

This role sits within a dedicated Customer Service Team. We value accuracy, proactive communication, and the ability to solve technical queries quickly, with an attractive remuneration package and profit-sharing opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years’ experience in a dynamic customer service environment.
• Experience in electrical or data communications industry is advantageous.
• NZ citizen or permanent working rights to work in New Zealand.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Loading customer sales orders.
• Liaising with customers regarding the status of their orders.
• Liaising with marketing, sales and supply chain teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently and effectively.
• Supporting customers with product and technical solutions to solve their requirements.
• Providing technical advice and support for customers.
• Preparing quotations for customers.
• Supporting our external sales team in the field.
