Kirimana is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to focus exclusively on permanent recruitment from our Auckland office. You will own an established portfolio and develop a specialist market across construction management and professional services, recruiting professional, technical and management-level roles across New Zealand.

The role emphasizes market knowledge, proactive search, and strong relationships with clients and candidates, with ownership of pipeline, revenue, and service

Qualifications

• Focusing on permanent recruitment with strong market knowledge and proactive sourcing.
• Developing long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Manage permanent recruitment assignments from client briefing through search, interview, offer negotiation and placement.
• Proactively identify and engage high-quality passive candidates through direct sourcing, networking and referrals.
• Develop new business through client meetings, calls and networking in your market.
• Build genuine knowledge of specialist sectors, including employers, projects and salaries.
• Take ownership of portfolio, pipeline, revenue and service quality.
