Job summary

Kirimana, a New Zealand-owned recruitment company, is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to own a permanent recruitment portfolio from our Auckland office. You will recruit professional, technical and management roles across New Zealand, building strong client relationships and a deep market knowledge in construction management and professional services.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, proactively source passive candidates, and develop new business with a focus on delivering

Qualifications

• Permanent recruitment experience preferred.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Proactive sourcing and candidate engagement.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage permanent recruitment assignments from briefing to placement.
• Proactively identify and engage high-quality passive candidates.
• Develop new business through client meetings, calls and networking.
• Build knowledge of specialist sectors, including employers, projects, salaries and market conditions.
• Take ownership of portfolio, pipeline, revenue and service quality.
• Maintain long-term client relationships; be primary contact for key accounts.
• Attend events and network to grow business and candidate reach.
• Report on pipeline health and forecast revenue; meet KPIs.
• Lead by example on health & safety and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
