Job summary

The Warehouse Group seeks a Technology Team Lead to guide the Digital Platform Team, driving innovation and excellence across web, mobile, and Salesforce ecosystems.

You will oversee a team of engineers, partner with stakeholders, and push for high-quality, scalable digital solutions aligned with business goals. AI-enabled opportunities and retail tech transformation are key focus areas.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software development or technology leadership.
• Hands-on with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C, SFRA patterns, cartridges, controllers, templates, storefront customization, and production support.
• Strong front-end engineering: TypeScript, Google Lit, web components, accessibility, performance, security, CI/CD.
• Proven experience managing or leading a technical team in a large-scale retail/enterprise environment.
• Understanding of online platforms, application development and payment processing solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Solid networking, security, and compliance understanding in retail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team for digital platforms.
• Drive development, integration, and continuous improvement of web, mobile, and Salesforce ecosystems.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across eCommerce storefronts and SFRA-based work.
• Partner with leaders to define roadmaps, priorities, and align with business goals.
• Promote engineering excellence: DevOps, automation, security, and service management.
• Ensure performance, reliability, scalability and security via monitoring and optimization.
• Identify emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions, to improve outcomes.
