Job summary

Sime Motors in Auckland, New Zealand is seeking a proactive IT Service Desk professional to be the first point of contact for digital support. You will deliver 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software, and business applications, ensuring smooth operations across sites.

You will bring 2–3 years in service desk or technical support, a tertiary IT/Business qualification, and strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure AD, Teams, SharePoint, Intune).

Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and business applications.
• 2–3 years' experience in a Service Desk, Technical Support, or Application Support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for hardware, software, and networks.
• Resolve incidents, document solutions, and update the knowledge base.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while keeping users informed.
• Support ERP/CRM/DMS systems and Dynamics 365 exposure preferred.
• Communicate clearly via phone, email, Teams, and in person.
