Job summary

CMOS is a Kiwi-owned commercial cleaning company with a growing technology stack. We’re seeking a Systems & IT Coordinator in Auckland to own day-to-day IT support, systems administration, ERP management, automation building and AI implementation.

You’ll work across Odoo, Google Workspace and internal tooling, partnering with external developers and our product owner to scale tech across the business while ensuring security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with CRM, ERP or business systems.
• Familiarity with automation platforms and APIs.
• Comfortable discussing technical concepts with non-technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve Odoo ERP across departments.
• Build automations with Zapier and Google Apps Script.
• Administer Google Workspace and dashboards.
• Support IT onboarding/offboarding and hardware setup.
• Advise on tools, systems architecture and AI adoption.
