Job summary

Noel Leeming Northlink store, part of The Warehouse Group, is looking for a customer‑focused teammate who loves technology and helping customers. You’ll engage with shoppers, demonstrate products, troubleshoot issues and ensure the right solutions are delivered from start to finish.

This role suits someone who enjoys tech, has strong communication skills, and can adapt technical language for customers. Working Wednesday to Saturday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, totaling 42 hours per week, with base pay

• Experience and passion in sales, installation, or customer service.
• Ability to set up and install technology for customers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to simplify technical language.
• Proactive and reliable with a 'get it done' attitude.

Our Noel Leeming Services team are changing the customer experience game by providing a full end to end service. We rely heavily on our services team to ensure that customers are getting the right solutions through live demonstrations, support and advice, right through to the delivery, installation and setup of solutions in stores, homes and workplaces.

This opportunity would suit someone who loves technology, is customer focused and is driven to improve the whole experience. Your excellent communications skills coupled with your ability to trouble shoot problems is critical. Equally important is your proactive ‘get it done’ attitude and work ethic.

This position will be based in our Noel Leeming Northlink store, working Wednesday – Saturday 8:30am – 5:30pm, 42 hours per week.

Qualifications

What is your key to success?

• Experience & passion in one or more of the following areas: sales, installation, or customer service
• Confidence to set up and install technology
• Superior interpersonal and customer support skills, with the ability to adjust technical language to suit the customer
• Driven, and confident in trouble shooting problems.

Willingness to continue developing your career through onsite training and accreditations
