Job summary

Noel Leeming Northlink in Christchurch is seeking a customer-focused team member to join our services team. You will engage customers with live demonstrations, provide support and advice, and guide them through delivery, installation and setup of solutions in stores, homes and workplaces.

Ideal applicants love technology, have strong communication skills and a proactive, “get it done” attitude. The role is 42 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday, with training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, installation or customer service is desirable.
• Ability to set up technology and communicate at different customer levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide live demonstrations and customer support.
• Advise on solutions and facilitate delivery and setup in stores and homes.
• Assist customers and contribute to a smooth end-to-end service experience.

Our Noel Leeming Services team are changing the customer experience game by providing a full end to end service. We rely heavily on our services team to ensure that customers are getting the right solutions through live demonstrations, support and advice, right through to the delivery, installation and setup of solutions in stores, homes and workplaces.

This opportunity would suit someone who loves technology, is customer focused and is driven to improve the whole experience. Your excellent communications skills coupled with your ability to trouble shoot problems is critical. Equally important is your proactive 'get it done' attitude and work ethic.

This position will be based in our Noel Leeming Northlink store, working Wednesday - Sunday 8:30am - 5:30pm, 42 hours per week.

What is your key to success?

• Experience & passion in one or more of the following areas: sales, installation, or customer service
• Confidence to set up and install technology
• Superior interpersonal and customer support skills, with the ability to adjust technical language to suit the customer
• Driven, and confident in trouble shooting problems.
• Willingness to continue developing your career through onsite training and accreditations
