Job summary

Mitre10 MEGA Napier is hiring Part-Time Team Members across several departments. Join a locally owned retailer with a long history in the Bay; you’ll be part of a team that values honesty, fairness and teamwork while helping customers.

Roles include Inside Garden/Housewares, Garden Centre and Checkout; shifts include one weekend day. We offer a competitive hourly rate, health assistance scheme, team discounts and opportunities to upskill with Retail Certificates.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Great teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a bonus but not essential.

Our Napierand Hastings stores are proudly 100% locally owned and operated by the Rickettsfamily, trusted in the Bay since 1961. From humble beginnings in Taradale,we’ve grown into one of the largest retail businesses in the region, employingover 250 amazing locals.

We’recurrently looking for Part-Time Team Members to join us across a varietyof departments.

InsideGarden/Housewares – 24 hours per week, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

GardenCentre – 24 hours per week, Thursday, Friday and Saturday

CheckoutOperator - Sunday and Monday 16 hours perweek
