Mitre 10 MEGA Takanini is seeking a Customer Service Team Member for a full-time position. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, returns, exchanges, gift cards, store information and general support to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You will assist with customer enquiries, returns, exchanges, gift cards, store information, and general customer support, helping to ensure every customer receives an exceptional shopping experience.
• You will also support other areas of the business as required and work closely with team members across the store.
• In this role, you will report to the Assistant Retail Manager.

Customer Service Team Member (Full-Time)

We are looking for an Experienced Customer Service Team Member tojoin us in a full-time role. Hours of work:

• Tuesday to Thursday: 10.00am - 7.00pm
• Friday and Saturday: 6.45am - 4.00pm

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with proven retail and customer service experience who enjoys building relationships with customers and working as part of a supportive team.
