Americold is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader for our Paisley Place Site in New Zealand. You will guide daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced temperature-controlled environment, ensuring safe receiving, storage and dispatch of customer products while driving performance and safety standards.

You will develop people, optimise processes and foster a culture of accountability, quality and continuous improvement across the team, reporting to the Warehouse Manager and working Monday to

Competenze

• 3-4 years' experience in a Team Leader role within a warehouse, logistics, distribution or cold storage environment.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop warehouse teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Experience using warehouse management systems and computer applications.
• Forklift Licence highly regarded.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and overtime when required.

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to join our Paisley Place Site in New Zealand.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will lead day-to-day warehouse activities within a fast-paced temperature-controlled environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate and efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of customer products, while driving team performance, maintaining operational standards, and fostering a strong culture of safety and accountability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes.

Daily Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Lead, coach and support warehouse team members to achieve daily operational targets.
