Sorted Logistics is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor for Christchurch AM shift. You will coordinate workflow, allocate tasks, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily operations on a full-time, Mon-Fri schedule.

The role includes inbound/outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch activities, driving performance against KPIs and maintaining quality and safety standards. You will lead a hands-on team, uphold SOPs, and promote a proactive health and safety culture while using MHE and WMS

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or 3PL environment.
• Current OSH Forklift Licence and practical forklift experience.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
• Confidence using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Knowledge of MPI requirements and warehouse best practices is advantageous.
• Aislemaster experience is highly desirable.

• Report to Warehouse Manager and contribute to AM shift success.

Location: Islington, Christchurch | Full-time: 42.5 hours per week | Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm

About the role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day success of our AM Shift operation. This is a hands-on position where you'll coordinate workflow, support operational performance, and ensure warehouse activities are completed safely and efficiently. Coordinating daily warehouse activities and allocating work across the shift.

• Supporting inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
• Monitoring workflow and ensuring customer KPIs are achieved
• Ensuring SOPs, MPI requirements, and warehouse processes are followed
• Promoting and maintaining a strong health and safety culture
• Operating and overseeing the safe use of forklifts and other MHE
• Supporting stock accuracy, cycle counts, and general warehouse performance

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory, team leader, or senior store person role
• Experience within a warehousing, logistics, or 3PL environment
• Current OSH Forklift Licence and practical forklift experience
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing tasks
• Confidence using warehouse management systems and technology
• Knowledge of MPI requirements and warehouse best practices is advantageous
• Aislemaster experience is highly desirable
