Job summary

Grow Active Balfour Terrace is seeking a qualified and registered Team Leader for Room 4, a 3-school age group. We value manaakitanga and whanaungatanga, building strong relationships with families and providing teacher-led group activities to promote student growth.

The successful candidate will have leadership experience, teacher registration, and a passion for supporting young children’s learning and development in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• First Aid and teacher registration required
• Experience in leading group times for tamariki

Grow Active Balfour Tce is looking for a qualified and registered Team Leader to join our 3-school age, Room 4.

We foster strong, reciprocal relationships with families, holding manaakitanga and whanaungatanga as lead parts of our centre philosophy. Our room 4 kaiako aim to have children school ready by providing teacher lead group times with smaller groups of tamariki, to foster growth and encourage individual goal achievements.
