Job summary

All About Children Marton invites an experienced team leader to join our growing centre on the North Island. You will lead the Preschool teaching team, nurture strong tamariki and whanau relationships, and integrate kaupapa Maori and Pasifika approaches into daily programmes.

We seek a Level 7 ECE qualified leader with NZ Teacher Registration, a passion for developing others, and solid curriculum expertise to guide teaching, coaching, and centre-wide systems as we grow.

Qualifications

• Level 7 ECE qualification (Bachelor of Education or Graduate Diploma in Teaching – ECE)
• Full NZ Teacher Registration
• Passion for early childhood education and developing others
• Strong understanding of curriculum and effective teaching practice

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Preschool teaching team
• Build meaningful relationships with tamariki and whanau
• Integrate kaupapa Maori and Pasifika practices into the programme
• Work with the team in daily teaching, operations and leadership
• Support positive learning outcomes through thoughtful teaching

As our centre continues to expand, we’re looking for an experienced team leader to join our team.

Ideally, you’ll have 1–2 years of experience as a Head Teacher or Team Leader in an over-two-year-old environment and be ready to take the next step in your leadership journey.
