Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking a Team Leader for our Sulphur Point cold storage facility in Tauranga, NZ. You will lead a small team, coordinate daily workflows and help ensure efficient product movement across the cold storage operation.

The role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and excellent communication to maintain high standards and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven leadership of warehouse teams in a logistics environment.
• Strong communication, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with inventory control and health & safety compliance.

The position will be responsible for the efficient utilisation of their staff and will ensure that product movement levels are achieved.
