Job summary

Lineage Logistics seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Sulphur Point facility in Tauranga, NZ. You will champion a safety-first culture, coach frontline teams, and drive operational excellence across warehousing, inventory and customer service.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will build an engaged, high-performing team, address performance and behavioural issues with professionalism, and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders while upholding food

Qualifications

• Proven coaching & mentoring experience within logistics, warehousing, transport, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution or a related operational environment.
• A passionate commitment to safety and experience leading positive safety outcomes.
• Track record of building engaged, resilient and high-performing teams.
• Experience consistently improving operational performance, resources and customer expectations.
• Impressive communication skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and embedding a genuine safety-first culture across the site.
