Job summary

Palmerston North Intermediate invites applications for a highly effective syndicate leader for Years 7–8. You will coach and mentor staff, model best practice, and lead learning design.

You will drive improvement through evidence-informed planning, assessment, and data, while upholding Te Tiriti o Waitangi and building strong relationships with students, whānau and colleagues. • Be part of a student‑centred leadership team that makes purposeful, collective decisions focused on what matters most — the learning, wellbeing and success of every student.
