Real in Rotorua seeks a capable leader to inspire and manage a skilled team delivering mental health support to taiohi aged 12-24. This full-time role involves coordinating community-based care, optimizing resources and fostering collaborative partnerships with Health NZ/Te Whatu Ora and whānau.
You will coach staff, oversee recruitment and professional development, and contribute to service growth while working 8:30am–5pm, Monday to Friday, with on-call duties.

This is a full-time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm and be part of an on-call roster. The role is based in Rotorua.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about the wellbeing of our taiohi and their whānau who are navigating mental health challenges.
