Job summary

Papakaio School, located just 10 minutes inland from Oamaru, seeks three educators to teach in Years 3–6 starting Term 1, 2027. An energetic, high-functioning team offers an exceptionally well-resourced environment and full training.

We value Te Reo Māori, Structured Literacy, and collaborative teachers who can ignite curiosity through big ideas and wow factor learning.

NZ registered teachers only; experience preferred but not required; rural setting with supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• NZ registered teachers only.

• Strong background in Structured Literacy teaching.
• Confidence in Te Reo and tikanga Māori would be an advantage.
