Job summary

Papakaio School invites applications for a certificated teacher to join our primary/intermediate team teaching Years 3–6. Located near Oamaru, the role runs for one year from Term 1, 2027, with potential for permanency if roll growth continues.

Located just 10 minutes inland from Oamaru in an idyllic rural setting, Papakaio School is building a \"Dream Team\" to take our learners to the next level. Due to roll growth, we are seeking a dynamic, collaborative educator to teach in Years 3–6, starting Term 1, 2027.

This position is fixed for 1 year, with the possibility of a permanent postion if roll growth continues. We are an energetic, high-functioning team that loves to ignite curiosity through big ideas, \"wow factor\" learning, and maximum impact. We offer an exceptionally well-resourced environment and specialized classroom programs, with full training provided for the right candidates.
