• Significant leadership experience in supply chain, distribution, warehousing or logistics.
• Strong warehouse operations and inventory management in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to lead leaders, develop capability and build high-performing teams.
• Data-driven approach using systems, reporting and analytics to improve performance.
• Experience delivering measurable improvements through change across functions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and foster accountability, safety and customer excellence.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a high-performing distribution team of leaders and specialists across inventory, despatch and warehouse operations; manage 40+ team members.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock integrity, exceptional service and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify and resolve issues affecting service or inventory.
• Drive a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement across the site.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve productivity, service and cost performance.
• Build strong relationships with Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Sales and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage site performance, budgets, KPIs and operational reporting; lead CI initiatives.
