Job summary

Winstone Wallboards, part of the Fletcher Building Group, is seeking a Tauranga Distribution Manager to lead our Tauranga distribution site and a team of 40+. You will drive safety, service, inventory accuracy and continuous improvement across the operation.

You'll shape a high-performance culture, develop leaders, and partner across Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Sales and Supply Chain to deliver exceptional outcomes for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience within supply chain, distribution, warehousing or logistics operations.
• Strong warehouse operations and inventory management expertise within fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Data-driven approach using systems, reporting and analytics to improve performance.
• Ability to lead leaders, develop capability and build high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing distribution team across inventory, despatch and warehouse operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy, stock integrity and exceptional customer service.
• Drive continuous improvement in safety, service and cost performance.
• Manage site performance, budgets, KPIs and operational reporting.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Planning, Customer Service, Sales and Supply Chain leaders.
