You are a recent tertiary graduate with strong verbal and written communication, keen attention to detail, and the drive to excel in a fast-paced, professional recruitment environment.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with candidates and advise through the recruitment process.
• Use specialised recruitment tools to uncover passive candidates and discuss roles.
• Manage candidates on assignment and coordinate interviews and references.
• Facilitate interviews, meetings, testing and reference checks; assist AI-assisted admin.
