Job summary

Upwind Security, Inc. is seeking an Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing team in a fast-moving cloud security company. You will run hiring processes end to end, starting with early-career and less complex roles, and gradually tackle a full desk with coaching from seasoned colleagues.

No prior recruiting experience is required; what matters is your thinking, work ethic, and enthusiasm to learn the craft properly from inside our global team across Israel, EMEA, and APJ.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting cycle for a portfolio of roles: opening intake with hiring managers, sourcing, screening, managing the interview process, and closing.
• Source proactively: build searches on LinkedIn and other platforms, use AI-assisted sourcing tools, reach out directly, and keep your own pipelines warm.
• Run hiring for early-career and less complex roles, from sourcing to scheduling to offers.
• Work closely with hiring managers: understand what they actually need, keep them updated, and bring them honest market feedback.
• Give every candidate a clear, warm, well-managed experience from the first message to the final answer, including the ones who don't get an offer.
• Own recruiting coordination: scheduling, ATS hygiene, candidate communication, and keeping every process moving without things falling through the cracks.
• Track your pipelines and report on progress, and help us find ways to run things better.
• Learn fast: take part in intake sessions, calibration conversations, and process improvements, and gradually take on more complex roles.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate: a sharp, curious Talent Acquisition professional at the start of their career who wants to learn the craft properly, from the inside of a fast-growing company.

This is a real Talent Acquisition role. You'll run hiring processes end to end, from the first search to the signed offer, starting with early-career and less complex roles and growing into a full desk of your own. Alongside that, you'll own part of the recruiting coordination that keeps our process running smoothly. You'll be part of a professional, global team across Israel, EMEA, and APJ, with plenty of experienced people to learn from.
