Job summary

Endura Mining seeks a Civil & Tailings Engineer to lead IWL operations, planning and design. You will develop procedures, monitor field performance and coordinate with contractors, surveyors and laboratories to ensure safe, compliant earthworks and waste management.

You will contribute to continuous improvement, maintain records, and report progress, risks and quality to the site team. Camp meals and accommodation are provided as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or Environmental Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain controlled documents for IWL operations and ensure safe work procedures.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support for IWL, tailings, waste rock placement and associated earthworks.
• Coordinate sequencing and interfaces across contractors, field crews, surveyors, laboratories, suppliers and site functions.
• Monitor field conditions, performance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Contribute to tailings and waste management planning and plan updates.
• Ensure IWL constructed per design and handle design amendments.
• Coordinate surface water management infrastructure and road works.
• Support QA/QC plans and witness material tests and inspections.
• Provide governance records and concise progress reporting.
