Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years underground experience with hands-on practical component.
• Strong practical, operational and technical knowledge.
• Data analysis and clear communication skills.
• Ability to present information confidently to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead mine planning to develop safe, cost-effective designs and schedules.
• Prepare weekly and 3-month mine schedules aligned with targets.
• Monitor performance, provide variance analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with geology, geotechnical and operations teams.
• Provide timely technical input to support safe ore extraction.
