Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Manager, Transmission & Distribution in Wellington to lead a multidisciplinary team of electrical engineers and designers. The role offers scope to shape the team, drive delivery, and strengthen client relationships across NZ and beyond, reporting to the NZ T&D Sector Lead.

You will guide senior professionals and graduates, balancing technical excellence with commercial outcomes while fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture and strong performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an established team of engineers and designers.
• Ability to coach, guide and develop leaders in T&D engineering and design fields.
• Commercial acumen with strong client-facing and delivery focus.
