Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Manager, Transmission & Distribution in Wellington to lead a team of electrical engineers, designers and delivery managers. You will guide project delivery, client engagement and staff development in a dynamic T&D environment.

You will work with NZ and Australia colleagues to balance technical excellence with commercial outcomes, mentoring leaders and shaping the team culture around collaboration and delivery success.

Qualifications

• Previous team leadership, project or management experience.
• Experience in technical T&D design, delivery, or client relationship management in NZ T&D sector.
• Commercially minded, client focused with strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the team's future work pipeline, client relationships and people development.
• Set KPIs and deliver strong commercial outcomes.
