In this role, you will be responsible for supporting, analysing, and optimising key business applications to ensure seamless business operations and an exceptional employee experience. You will work closely with teams across HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and Operations to deliver practical solutions, improve business processes, and maximise system performance.
To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive problem-solver with strong technical knowledge and excellent stakeholder engagement skills. You will enjoy working collaboratively while taking ownership of critical business systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
