Job summary

Myne Talent is assisting a well-established Auckland surveying consultancy to recruit a Survey Technician. You will own your land development projects from start to finish, contributing to major schemes across the Auckland region.

The role requires strong LT surveying experience, solid Auckland knowledge, and confidence in managing your own jobs, with hands-on use of 12d and Landonline for cadastral work.

My client has just received sign-off on several large-scale land development projects across Auckland and due to this growth, is looking to add an experienced Survey Technician or 2 to their Auckland team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, highly regarded Surveying consultancy delivering major land development projects across Auckland.

The Role:

You will be working across a range of significant land development projects, taking ownership of your own jobs from start to finish. This role requires someone confident, capable, and self-sufficient.

What We're Looking For:

Strong L/T (Land Transfer) survey experience

Solid local Auckland experience and knowledge

Confident managing your own jobs

Experience with 12d and Landonline

Strong understanding of cadastral and general surveying practices
Detail-focused, reliable, and professional
