You will deliver surveying services across cadastral, engineering and construction projects, performing set-outs, boundary and topographical surveys, and GPS work.

Qualifications

• 4+ years NZ surveying experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven experience in land development and construction projects.
• Proficiency with Leica and Trimble survey instruments.
• Proficiency with CAD software such as 12d and Autodesk.
• Land transfer experience beneficial but not essential.

Surveyor / Survey Technician

Rotorua Central, Bay of Plenty $100,000 - $140,000 per year + vehicle

An experienced Surveyor or Survey Technician is required for an established construction company who provide construction and project management expertise for civil construction and land development projects across the North Island.

Due to continued growth and demand they have an exciting opportunity to join their successful team and work on a variety of projects across construction, cadastral and engineering.

The Role

• As a Senior Surveyor or Survey Technician your role is vital in achieving excellence in surveying, civil engineering, and planning
• You will be responsible for delivering the best possible advice to transform communities and create practical, efficient outcomes for their clients through expertise and innovation
• Surveying for cadastral, engineering and construction surveying for a range of land development, residential and commercial projects
• Construction set out
• Boundary surveys and redefinition
• Topographical/site surveys
• GPS surveys
• Precise engineering and building set out
• As built surveys

About You
