You’ll work for property investors, body corporates, residential clients, and some of the most prominent household names in the country. Regardless of the client, you’ll positively impact their acquisitions or how they manage their existing building stock.
You’ll do everything from site inspections to assisting with design solutions, procurement, contract administration and expert witness work. We encourage our staff to work across all disciplines in the company and absorb as much knowledge as possible.
You are an experienced Registered or Chartered Building Surveyor with several years of experience working in New Zealand.
We need you to have a sound understanding of local construction, including high rise. You should understand local legislation, statutory compliance and have experience in construction observation.
