Job summary

Medcall Health Personnel in Johnsonville, North Island, is seeking carers to provide in-home support for clients after injury or illness. You will assist with personal care, home management, mobility, and daily activities while building trusting relationships with clients and families.

Applicants should hold L2–L4 health qualifications (or equivalent), have a current clean driver’s license, and the right to work in NZ. We value reliability, punctuality, and compassionate care in a local team.

Care on Call

provides support to people withintheir homesafter injury, illness or just to make their lives easier. We are always looking for professional, warm, capable people who have a real desire to make a difference in someone else's life.

We have shifts throughout Johnsonville.

We are looking for Carers who can assist with:

• Home management
• Personal cares
• Assisting people to achieve their goals
• Supporting people to manage their daily activities
• Assisting with exercise, mobility, medications perhaps (with training)

What we need from you

• L2, L3 and L4 health qualification (or equivalent) essential
  *If you have no health qualification your application may not be considered*
• A current, clean full driver’s licence
• The legal right to work in NZ
• Have consistent and long-term availability (we like to ensure continuity with our clients)
• Previous experience as a caregiver/support worker with similar clients
• To be reliable, punctual, honest and caring
