Job summary

MASH Trust is seeking empathetic, patient support workers for casual positions in Havelock North, Hawke’s Bay. You will join a small team delivering warm, compassionate care to residents in their homes. Roles include personal care, assistance with daily activities, and occasional driving duties in a MASH van.

We value team players who are flexible, reliable, and committed to enabling good lives. Training is provided, including First Aid and de-escalation techniques.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide care with warmth and kindness to residents.
• Carry out personal cares (showering, dressing) as needed.
• Assist with transport via MASH van as required.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and wakeovers.

Positions: These are casual positions, working on an as and when required basis in Havelock North

We are looking for people who are empathetic, passionate support workers. You will be part of a small team who are passionate about providing care, warmth and kindness to those who live and work in the home.
