Job summary

MASH Trust invites applications for a Casual Support Worker within the Vocational Team based in Palmerston North. You will support individuals to reach their goals, engage with their community, and help create inclusive spaces while working with a collaborative team.

The role requires a full NZ driver licence, ability to provide personal care, and a patient, empathetic, and reliable approach. Training is provided and we emphasize community engagement and well-being.

About the Role:

We have a casual Support Worker opportunity in our Vocational Team based in Palmerston North.

You will support people to reach their goals and get involved in their community. Our team works creatively to remove barriers and build a space where everyone feels part of a community. We work in partnership with the people we support to build friendships, explore opportunities and participate in the wider community.

Hours of Work: This is a casual position, working as and when required between Monday and Friday.
