Job summary

MASH Trust is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for a fixed-term role in Lower Hutt/Wellington. You will help people with disabilities engage in meaningful activities and be part of a supportive team fostering independence, choice and inclusion.

The role requires a Full NZ Driver Licence, and a NZ Certificate in Health & Wellbeing OR commitment to obtaining it, funded by MASH Trust. Training, development and wellbeing benefits are included.

About the Role: Fixed Term position - Monday 2 November 2026 - Friday 7 May 2027 working 70 hours per fortnight in Lower Hutt
