Your work may include (all training provided)
- Following current care plans
- Supporting medication management and monitoring
- Monitoring health outcomes and identifying changing needs
- Supporting clients to achieve their goals and maintain independence
- Advanced Bowel Cares
- Pressure Injury Care and Prevention
- Assistance with respiratory support
- Activities of daily living
- Enjoys working directly with people and supporting positive health outcomes
- Can work independently while remaining connected to a wider team
- Has excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
- Is organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
- Is comfortable using digital systems and technology
- Help tāngata | clients navigate appropriate services and support that promote independence and wellbeing.
- Use, maintain, and refresh your clinical skills – no APC required
