Job summary

JobAdder Operations Pty is seeking compassionate support workers to help clients in their own homes. You will provide safe, respectful, person-centered care, supporting daily living activities and respecting culture, routines and boundaries.

Roles offer flexible hours, weekend shifts with extra pay, paid training, and travel compensation. A full or restricted driver’s license and willingness to learn are required.

MōhouAke | About You

• Full/restricted driver’s license
• Hold a Level 3 or Level 4 Health and Wellbeing qualification or have equivalent, relevant experience
• Spinal injury experience
• Stoma Management experience
• Experienced in the use of a full, standing and two-person hoist
• Experience administering prescribed medication
• Love working with people and helping them thrive
• Be willing to learn, reflect, and adapt your approach to what matters for each person
• Have experience in or exposure to caregiving, disability support, aged care, community work, or other people‑facing roles
• Committed to culturally safe, respectful support for people from all backgrounds
• Intuitive and responsive to people’s needs
• Own a smartphone
• Have the right to work in New Zealand
