Job summary

Medcall Health Personnel – Wellington, North Island is seeking caring home-care staff to support clients in their own homes. You will assist with personal cares, daily activities, and mobility, and help clients achieve their goals with compassion and reliability.

Shifts cover all Wellington areas. We offer training, pay equity-aligned hourly rates, annual leave, sick leave, Kiwisaver contributions, and a supportive local office. A current valid NZ driver’s licence is required.

Qualifications

• Current, clean full driver’s licence required.
• L2, L3 and L4 health qualification (or equivalent) essential.

Medcall Health Personnel – Wellington, North Island

Care on Call provides support to people within their homes after injury, illness or just to make their lives easier. We are always looking for professional, warm, capable people who have a real desire to make a difference in someone else's life.

We have shifts throughout all areas of Wellington.

We are looking for Carers who can assist with:

• Home management
• Personal cares
• Assisting people to achieve their goals
• Supporting people to manage their daily activities
• Assisting with exercise, mobility, medications perhaps (with training)

What we need from you:

• L2, L3 and L4 health qualification (or equivalent) essential
  *If you have no health qualification your application may not be considered*
• A current, clean full driver’s licence
• The legal right to work in NZ
• Have consistent and long-term availability (we like to ensure continuity with our clients)
• Previous experience as a caregiver/support worker with similar clientsTo be reliable, punctual, honest and caring
