Job summary

Care on Call (NZ) Ltd is seeking support workers for part-time casual roles across mornings, afternoons, weekends and nights. You’ll work in clients’ homes, providing care, support with daily activities and mobility, with potential training for medication administration.

Job description

Care on Call offers support to individuals in their homes following injury or illness, or to improve their quality of life. We are actively seeking professional, compassionate, and capable individuals who are committed to making a positive impact on others' lives.
We Have a Variety Of Roles Available, Including

  • Home management
  • Personal care
  • Assisting individuals in achieving their goals
  • Supporting individuals in managing their daily activities
  • Assisting with exercise, mobility, and potentially medication administration (with proper training)
We currently are looking for support workers at Levels 2, 3, and 4 (Health and Well-being) or individuals with experience in caring for and supporting clients.
We offer part-time casual positions that may suit individuals with availability on weekdays and weekends. We strive to match clients and staff to foster positive relationships.
To be considered a great fit with Care on Call, you need to:
  • Be available for morning, afternoon, weekends, and nights
  • Possess genuine compassion, professionalism, and a willingness to support others in their homes
  • Hold a full or restricted NZ driver's license and have easy access to a vehicle
  • Be a confident driver
  • Have previous experience or qualifications in Health and Wellbeing (an advantage)
